Arlington, VA - ( 518 Miles)

We reached our destination earlier this evening. For some reason the GPS tracking app has been unable to update our location. I'll see what I can do tomorrow. It was a beautiful ride from Knoxville to DC. We started a little after 8:30 AM. The scenery in Tennessee was beautiful as usual, but once in Virginia it got even better. The trees were not as thick you can see more landscape, homes, tall grass and the a lot of farms. For now, I feel that Virginia is the most beautiful of all the states we have driven through.

As far as the LT, they are still waiting for one more part, otherwise they are ready to get started.

After almost 3000 miles, we rest tomorrow and visit some of the sites here in DC. We'll keep you posted.

On the road again...

This is a request from Wilma, something about a silo, like in Farmville, whatever that is.

Beautiful scenery.

Tennessee local and proud.

This is supposed to be the Welcome to Virginia sign (All the way to the left), but where were my glasses when I needed them.

Virginia landscape.

Scenes from I-81.

Roanoke, VA

Wilma and the ladies of CBIZ in Roanoke, VA, they process payroll for Wilma's work.

Beautiful scenery, too bad we were not on the bike.

Notice the "For Sale" sign?

More crosses on top of the hill.

Another silo.

Don't forget to buckle up.

Scenery from Hwy. 66.

This looks so familiar.
